•         Multiple ways to pay. Simply tap, swipe, insert or use the machine specific app to unlock and pay. Credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay all accepted
•         Daily remote monitoring so we know if a product selection is running low
•	Ability to offer a much greater array of products than traditional vending to better serve your clientele (laundry, personal hygiene, electronics, etc.)
•         Energy-saving mode can be used so no power is wasted keeping drinks cold overnight if no employees are working
•         Depending on the smart store machine or micro market you choose, some offer screens to display additional marketing materials on.
•         SmartCard technology – we can upload/change machine settings quickly
•         Machines are compliant with the 2012 American’s With Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines for vending machines
•         Machines are proudly made in the USA and Canada

Does our company have to pay for the micro market or smart store?

Accepted Answer

Not a dime. 
Many traditional vending machine businesses charge monthly fees to the facility to even have access to their units.  Our micro markets and smart store machines are provided at absolutely NO cost to your business. In fact, not only do we provide the machine or micro market, we service and stock it on a regular basis.

Who stocks the micro market or smart store machine?

Accepted Answer

We do. We will monitor, stock and service the machine as often is necessary. Each of our operators are well trained to ensure that the quality of service provided is far superior to anything you may have experienced before with other machines. We are local residents of your community and are therefore eager to share our commitment to offering quality products to your employees and/or residents.

Question 4

Can our company choose the products that go into the micro market or machine?

Accepted Answer

Yes – your company can be instrumental in the products that are offered. We believe it is important to provide a good variety of products in order to satisfy everyone. We will initially fill the machine with the most popular products selling in your area. Later, we can meet with you to discuss changes to the selections and your suggestions. 
We can even provide the ability for your employees and/or residents to voice their input as to what they would like to see offered.

Question 5

How often is the micro market or smart store machine stocked?

Accepted Answer

Typically, about once a week. Each machine is equipped with wireless remote monitoring technology so we know if a product selection is running low. If it is determined that it needs to be serviced more often than once each week, we can set up a more frequent service schedule.

Question 6

What types of healthy products can be stocked in the market or machine?

Accepted Answer

The healthy products we can provide are all national name brand items. 
These are the same products you can find on the shelves of your local health food grocers such as Whole Foods, Trader Joes, etc. 
We currently have a contract with LifeAid (a sports performance and wellness beverage company) and Factor_ meals (who provides fresh meals, cold pressed juices, protein shakes, and fruit smoothies) for specific healthy product examples.

Question 7

How many smart store machines can you provide to our business – more than one?

Accepted Answer

This depends on several factors. First we need to evaluate the volume of foot traffic on a daily basis. 
Next, we need to consider if there is competition from any vending machines currently located in your business (if you have any). 
If these two factors confirm there’s enough demand for an additional machine, we will be happy to supply one to your business. 
Some locations such as large schools, businesses, colleges, etc. may have enough demand for multiple machines.

Question 8

Do we have to sign an agreement?

Accepted Answer

We ask that you sign a basic agreement that outlines the relationship between your location and us – just so everyone is comfortable. 
This contract has no time commitment. It basically states that we will be responsible for keeping the machine stocked and maintained.

Question 9

If we have a contract with another vendor, can we still receive a micro market or smart machine?

Accepted Answer

This depends on the specific language of your current contract.  
Some contracts are month to month which would allow us to replace your current vendor when you are ready to move forward. Please review the terms of your current agreement.

Question 10

Can our company get a commission on the products that are sold?

Accepted Answer

Your company may be eligible to receive commissions from the profits generated by the micro market or smart store machine each month.

We are not located in Maine, but would like to discuss working with you.

Accepted Answer

Not a problem!
While we primarily serve the state of Maine, we also provide services in coastal New Hampshire, as well as both the Boston and Providence metropolitan areas.
